Our cooking school allows guests to learn how to cook the traditional dishes in the original Tuscan style,

including homemade pasta and Chianina meat.


Usually organized in the evening from 4:30 pm, the class will introduce participants to the traditional

Tuscan cooking techniques, enabling them to recreate at home what learnt.

Thanks to the use of local types of cheese and meat, combined with fresh herbs and season vegetables

from our organic garden, you will learn to transform these ingredients into delicious and authentic Tuscan dishes.

The limited number of participants, a maximum of 6 per class, gives everyone the possibility to be

engaged and to fully handle the taught techniques and the preparation method of recipes.

At the end of the class you could taste the dishes cooked and you will be given, as a memory of the event,

the full recipe book, an essential guide to reproduce on your own what you have learnt.


Not so far from the ancient farmhouse, our organic vegetable garden with rectangular flowerbeds, offers the inspiration for many recipes.
The flowerbeds include a lot of different varieties of vegetables and aromatic herbs.

It is right here that the connection between the earth and the kitchen becomes more natural, highlighting the importance of simplicity and genuine flavors.
